In the unlikely event one of our products falls below standard, the item can be returned for exchange or a refund. This only applies to products which have been used for their intended purpose under expected 'normal' conditions.
We can not be held responsible for incorrectly ordered items, however, under certain circumstances, ie incorrect size ordered, we may exchange the item, only if it is returned in its original condition, within 14 days of purchase, at the buyers expense. This remains at our discretion and does not apply to all products.
